Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
8 oz Almond Milk, original (not vanilla)
1/2 banana
1/3 cup frozen organic blueberries
1T ground flax seeds
Optional: 1T almond butter
Optional: 1t chia seeds or hemp seeds
Blend all ingredients together. Serves 1.
Tip: pre-freeze the banana! Slice ripe bananas and store in the freezer for easy use.
